Who can use Wisletics?
Any high school can use Wisletics. All Wisconsin High Schools have already been added, and you can search for your school. If you don't find your school contact us and we will happily add you to our list. If you are a school administrator and would like to use Wisletics for all your athletic needs, please contact us and we will be happy to help you with integration.

What are some of the great features Wisletics offers?
We offer many great features to make your high school sporting experience a great one.
- Slideshows: Tired of wasting hours putting together end of the season slideshows for your team? Use our automated system to create unique and engaging slideshows that automatically pull in all the necessary information and pictures from your season.
- Customized Scorebooks: Entering game information and rosters can be a time consuming and tedious task for your bookkeeper. Once all your games and roster are entered into Wisletics, we will automatically create a customized scorebook for you, along with your school logo and team name on the cover.
- Photo and Video Sharing: Capture the great moments of the season and share them with family, friends, and other fans. Unlike most other websites, Wisletics does not require an account to add or view photos and videos.

Which web browsers can I use to access Wisletics?
You can use any web browser to access {name}}. We strive to make your experience consistent across each of the major browsers, but please be aware you may experience some differences, especially with mobile browsers. There are many very good browsers including:
Wisletics is designed and built using Google Chrome, but is also tested in Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer. We follow internet standards and support browsers that do as well. Current browsers and the internet in general have come a long way in developing and promoting these standards, and will continue to improve. Older browsers may not support many new features, and it is strongly suggested you keep your browser up to date, no matter which one you prefer. Older versions of Internet Explorer are notorious for not following standards, and you will probably experience issues on Wisletics if using a version older than IE10.

Is my information and my purchases secure on Wisletics?
Yes. Wisletics uses top of the line SSL encryption for the entire site. Whenever you are transferring sensitive information on the internet, look in the URL address bar, and ensure you see the letters 'HTTPS'. In fact, Wisletics uses 'Always-On-SSL' to further enhance security and protect your information. This means, no matter what page you are viewing, your data is encrypted to help keep it from anyone other than you.
Wisletics uses Stripe to process all payments. Stripe employs top of the line security methods, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. Read about their security measures here. With Stripe, your payment information NEVER reaches the Wisletics server, but rather only deals with Stripe. This is just another way we keep your information secure.

Do I need Javascript enabled to access Wisletics?
You do not NEED Javascript enable to access Wisletics, but your interaction with the site may be very limited. Javascript is the programming language of the web and is used to increase the ease of use and interactivity of our site. While we try our best to make sure core features work without Javascript, we strongly suggest you enable Javascript to enjoy the full features of Wisletics.
Javascript is enabled by default with all modern web browsers, so unless you specifically turned it off, you will be ready to experience all the great features of Wisletics!

How do I connect my account to a player, coach, manager, or administrator?
Connecting is simple. When the role is created, the creator is able to enter an email address. This is beneficial to the creator for thing like automatic notifications, or easy access email lists. Ensure the email address entered is the same associated with your personal account. If the two email address are the same, a 'Connect' button will be available for you. This button can be found on your dashboard.
You must be logged in to connect your account.

Can I save images from Wisletics for my own personal use?
Yes you can! We believe that pictures users upload to our site should be available to everyone who uses our site. We want you to have great memories of your teams, and watermarks just get in the way. However, Wisletics uses image compression and optimization techniques to keep our file sizes low and ensure your experience on our website is not marred by slow loading times. While these techniques usually result in lossless or near-lossless optimization, by saving pictures directly from the site, you are not receiving the original highest quality image.
When purchasing any of our services, such as Slideshows, or purchasing any pictures through our Store, we use the unaltered original files.
Note: This excludes Wisletics branding. All Wisletics logos are property of Wisletics.

How does Wisletics designate seasons?
The majority of schools in the US run from August to May (approximately). Deciding on a reference point early on was important to Wisletics so there was never any confusion on which season was being referred to. Therefore, we refer to a season based on the year in which that 'school year' started.
This is best illustrated by example. The school year that runs from August 2016 - May 2017 is referred to as the 2016 season. In most cases, Wisletics will only refer to the earlier year, but in some cases we may be more verbose and use the full 2016-2017 moniker. To further illustrate this point, if you daughter is playing soccer during the spring season, although her games technically occur in the calendar year 2017, this will be her 2016 season.
Internally Wisletics uses July 1st as the cutoff date for setting the current season. Therefore, if you view the site on June 30th 2016 , all pages will default to the 2015 season, but if you view the site on July 1st 2016, all pages will default to the 2016 season. This makes it easier for administrators and coaches to begin prepping for the upcoming season as early as possible.

My school is not using Wisletics yet. Can I still use it for my team?
Yes. We realize there may be teams that start using Wisletics before their school does. We want those teams to be able to utilize our services. Instead of having your school administrator or athletic director setup your team, a Wisletics employee will handle it for you.
Please contact us to request setting up your team. Please include your:
- school name
- sport
- gender
- season
- head coach name
- head coach email
After activation, the head coach will have permission to use the site like normal.
Note: In order to keep invalid requests to a minimum, requests are handled manually by a Wisletics employee. Activation usually happens within 1 business day.
